At QPOXY, we’re a Cincinnati-based team built on experience, hard work, and attention to detail. With roots in my dad’s background in contracting, we were introduced early to what real quality workmanship looks like and what it takes to do a job the right way. That foundation shaped how we approach every project—focusing on doing things properly, not just quickly.

 

Our team is made up of individuals from across Cincinnati, including St. X and Elder grads and students from the University of Cincinnati. Coming into the industry at a young age, we understood that we had to earn trust through our work. That pushed us to focus on the small details that many companies overlook—the kind of details that ultimately determine how a floor looks and how long it lasts.

 

Over time, we realized that quality isn’t just about the final result, but about the entire process behind it. From proper surface preparation to material selection and finishing, every step matters. We’ve built our approach around taking the time to get each part right, treating every home or space with the same level of care we would expect in our own.
